Our goal is to assist our clients in prompt resolution of litigated cases and to advise them in transactional matters to avoid litigation. We try the cases that need to be tried, but direct the litigation to early resolution by motions for summary judgment, and discovery intended to induce favorable settlement. Although Hobbes says that life is "nasty, brutish and short," we try to make litigation "efficient, productive and short."

We won’t waste our clients’ time or resources. We communicate - at every step - the risks and benefits of further litigation, as well as the costs. Our clients can then make informed decisions whether to settle or fight.
